This release for us is for those who like to play the long game. With loads of limited edition numbered insert sets which include some high profile players that should increase in value, we suggest find them and keep them stashed away. The common card design is nothing to write home about but the refractor style limited edition numbered Certified 460 cards make up for that for team collectors. The usual inclusions of the All-Australian and Medal Winners inserts are there for those who like the tradition of the series 2 release. The inclusion again of the Rookies set provides an option for those who like to invest in the future value of a player in the trading card market. Select have also included a further insert set called Goal to Goal featuring five high profile players from each team forming the spine. This is where the real fun begins for collectors. Once again the Footy's Finest Refractor 9 card set has been included, limited edition numbered to 80 and a carry on from the 2016 series 2 set. Select also included a highly limited insert set called influential which was not listed on any original breakdowns and advertisements for the set. With 18 cards in this set ( one for each team ) and limited to 40 per card this set is a winner with collectors. The certified signatures 1 per box hit with 2 per team are back which provides collectors some guaranteed box mojo. In 2016 Select made a return to match worn guernsey cards and in 2017 they continue this on with the two versions including the match worn guernsey signatures limited to 80 per player. The Premiership Redemption card limited to 700 sets is back and the 300 Game case card series continues with a signed version of the Robert Murphy version included which is sure to be highly sort after.
