The AFL Season runs from mid March to Early October every year. During this time trading card collectors are on the hunt for the new seasons products. Since 2000 Select Australia has produced the seasons official trading card sets for AFL. In 2002 they began producing two series for each season. Series 2 each year being the premium product for the season.
