Released July 2008 Select Centenary of Rugby League is the second release for Select Rugby League for the year. The set is a departure from the usual series 2 release style.The set is in line with the 100 year celebrations for Rugby League in Australia.
Common Card : The common card set consists of 100 cards for the 100 greatest players of the centenary of rugby league. It also has 16 team history cards. The set also has 80 current players , 5 for each of the 16 teams. A very historical looking base set.
Past Heroes: This is slection of 32 players across 16 teams. 2 cards for each team .Includes some great players from the past 30 years of rugby league. This set will be highly collectable in the future due to the nostalgic nature and the opportunity to get some of your favourite players of the past in insert from. Found 1:8 packets making each player only available 1:256 packets.
Team of the Century Foiled Signatures: Each card is individually numbered to 600. Found 1:36 packets making each card found 1:648 packets. This set will be ultra collectable and an awesome historic set.
Immortals Sketch Cards: Cards are Individually numbered to 750. Found only 1:72 Packets which makes each individual card only found 1:504 packets or 1 in approximately 14 boxes. Will be hard to collect.
Only 125 of each of these signature cards have been produced.These cards should come 1 in approximately 12 boxes ( 1 per factory case ). 6 of the immortals have personaly signed these cards. The Clive Churchill signature is a printed signature.
